"The Umbrella Corporation was a mega corporation which operated ruthlessly as a major international player in a number of markets including pharmaceuticals, medical hardware, defense, and computers along with more clandestine operations utilizing genetic engineering and biological weaponry. The company also had a more public face, producing cosmetics, consumer products and foods.
A subsidiary of Umbrella operated as a paramilitary organization. This division of the corporation maintained a highly trained security force capable of rescue, reconnaissance, and para-military operations. They used a variety of vehicles, including Humvees. Complementing this security force was an air wing, which maintained a fleet of AV-8B Harrier jump jets, UH-60 Black-hawks, C-130 Hercules water-landing capable cargo planes, CH-53 Sea Stallion cargo helicopters for transporting prisoners and Hughes MH-6 "Light Bird" attack helicopters. The corporation utilized these resources in order to secure and protect its assets, as well as its high profile employees."
As well there still stands the U.B.C.S. squad team, otherwise known as the Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service. This is a Elite Special Forces unit that is under the control of the Umbrella Corporation. They specialize in Rescue Operations from the current and frequently biohazard outbreaks. This team is known for assisting Civilians and others from time to time, although the do take other specific orders and such from the Umbrella Corp. Each day they risk their lifes in order to finish the missions correctly. This unit consists of over 120 operative, divided into individual platoons and fire-teams. But not just anyone can become a member for the unit, it takes great skills and certain trust to gain membership.
The Umbrella Corporation, now continues its work and research, to end, what it had started from the beginning. Will always move forward, and never face the past once again, advancing into higher and greater times...
Our Business is Life itself..
